These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and Payung88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://payung88.cam (the "Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Payung88 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of Payung88 or its affiliated gaming studio partners;
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform or had a prior Account suspended for breach of these Terms;
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contractual agreement;
• All personal information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

Payung88 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Payung88 may result in temporary restriction or permanent closure of the Account.

4.1 Registration

To access the full range of Payung88 Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing a valid username, email address, and password, together with any additional personal details requested for identity verification purposes. Each individual person may register only one Account on the Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Payung88 will require the Account holder to complete KYC verification. This process involves the submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A clear copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or other government-issued ID);
• Proof of address (recent utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within the past three months);
• Where the Company deems appropriate, documentation evidencing the source of deposited funds.

Payung88 will process KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe. Withdrawals will remain pending until verification is completed satisfactorily. Providing falsified, altered, or fraudulent documents constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor authentication where available. You must notify Payung88's customer support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. Payung88 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Payung88 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods designed specifically for Malaysian players. Supported deposit channels include, without limitation: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating banks), as well as selected cryptocurrency options including USDT TRC20, BTC, and ETH.

All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. Payung88 does not impose processing fees on deposits; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond the Company's control.

Payung88 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or investigate any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct. In such cases, the Company may withhold funds pending a compliance review, and the Player will be notified via their registered email address.

Players may request a withdrawal of real-money funds from their Account at any time, subject to the following conditions being met:

• KYC verification has been completed and approved;
• Any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been satisfied;
• The withdrawal amount meets the applicable minimum threshold for the chosen payment method;
• The Account is in good standing with no active compliance investigations.

Payung88 will process approved withdrawal requests within the following indicative timeframes: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically within 15–30 minutes; bank transfers via FPX within 5–10 minutes after finance approval; cryptocurrency withdrawals within 15–30 minutes after blockchain network confirmation. These timeframes are indicative and may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or pending compliance review.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically feasible. Payung88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations.

Payung88 offers various promotional programmes, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback schemes, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of this Agreement.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to the Account in accordance with the terms of the specific promotion;
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable;
• Where both real-money and bonus funds are present in an Account, real-money funds are generally wagered first unless the platform's rules specify otherwise;
• Bonuses may be associated with minimum odds requirements, game-type restrictions, or time limitations — these will be stated in the applicable promotion's terms;
• Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements; live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute at lower rates as specified per promotion.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

Payung88 actively monitors Account activity for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to meet turnover requirements, use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated group play. Where the Company has reasonable grounds to suspect bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, withhold associated winnings, and suspend the Account pending investigation.

All games and betting markets offered on the Payung88 Platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live-streamed real-world events, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined fairly and in accordance with the rules published for each product. Payung88 uses software and systems that have been tested and certified by recognised independent testing laboratories.

Bet settlements are final once confirmed by the Platform. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication error, or human error that results in an incorrect settlement, Payung88 reserves the right to void and re-settle the affected wager(s). The Company will endeavour to notify affected Players within a reasonable time of any such re-settlement.

For sports betting markets, Payung88 follows standard international sports betting rules. Specific rules governing in-play betting, void conditions, postponed events, and partial cash-out are published within the Sports Betting section of the Platform and are incorporated herein by reference.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Payung88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other mechanical or electronic means to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human use;
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an advantage;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering or terrorist financing purposes;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account;
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards Payung88 staff or other Players.

Payung88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is imminent; (b) an Account is being used in connection with fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited activity; (c) the Account holder is ineligible to hold an Account; or (d) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, reputational, or financial risk to the Company.

Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance that is not subject to investigation, dispute, or forfeiture will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method or such other method as Payung88 may determine, after deducting any amounts owed to the Company. Bonus balances and associated winnings may be forfeited in cases of breach.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting Payung88's customer support team. Voluntary account closure requests related to responsible gambling concerns will be processed in accordance with our Responsible Gambling Policy.

Gambling on the Payung88 Platform is intended as a form of adult entertainment and should never be considered a reliable source of income or a solution to financial difficulties. Payung88 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for service downtime caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

All content on the Payung88 Platform, including but not limited to: the brand name, logo, trademarks, graphic design, text, software, game interfaces, sound, video, and underlying code, is the exclusive intellectual property of Payung88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other right or licence is granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of Payung88.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Payung88 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 10.
